  • Definitive Agreements Required: All commercial relationships, software licensing, enterprise AI deployments, and service subscriptions are governed exclusively by separate, negotiated, and fully executed written bilateral contracts—specifically, a Master Services Agreement (MSA), a SaaS License Agreement, and formal Service Order Forms signed by authorized corporate officers of Sanshan and the respective enterprise client. Sanshan disclaims all liability for expectations or losses based on informational materials, marketing decks, non-binding letters of intent (LOIs), or discussions referenced on this Site.

 

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND MARKS

All content, source code, design layouts, graphics, text, icons, software, and proprietary technology featured on this Site are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Sanshan or its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and unfair competition laws.

  • Sanshan Trademarks: "Sanshan," "Sanshan.AI," and all related logos, slogans, and trade dress are proprietary trademarks of Sanshan. You may not display, copy, or use our brand marks without our express, prior written authorization.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SANSHAN'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING DIRECTLY TO YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE PUBLIC SITE EXCEED USD $100.00.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanshan, its corporate affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of deceptive or illegal information through our contact channels.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
